Solution!!! Single eView Error: The remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server License servers available to provide a license.


My customer encountered the above mentioned error message this morning while trying to access Single eView web application this morning; and below are the steps followed to resolved my customer's call;

Note: Backup the registry on the user's machine

  • Goto Regedit
  • Navigate to the following key:  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing
  • Right click on the key name “MSLicensing” and select DELETE.
Finally, update the Citrix receiver plugin to the current version
