Sucks!! My customer encountered this issue while trying to launch published apps(e.g.IFS, SingleView, etc) via citrix after resumption from her annual leave.
Investigation shows that the MSLicensing path in her Windows 7 worksation is corrupted and should be corrected;

Resolution:
- Run Command Prompt as an Administrator
- Type regedit then press Enter
- Backup registry incase of unforseen circumstance
- Locate Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing
- Right Click MSLicensing folder then select delete command
- Confirm Delete and restarted customer's workstation
Launch application(s) again
