My customer encountered the above error this morning when she tried load her MS Outlook;
Investigation shows that customer's e-mail account profile has been corrupted;
Outlook profile was recreated issue resolved;

Steps:
- Goto Control Panel
- Click on the Drop-down menu in "View by" then select Large icons
- Select Mail
- Click Show Profiles
- Click Add
- Type Profile Name then click OK
- Select Always use this profile
- Click Apply
- Click OK
- Launch MS Outlook again
