The above shot is another error message encountered by one of my customers while trying to launch Outlook from his workstation this morning.
I checked Windows 7 task manager to see if Outlook process is currently running but none was found and the error message still persists.
Solution:
- Goto my Computer
- Open C drive
- Click on Organize tab
- Click on Folder and search options
- Click View tab then goto Advanced settings;
- Select Show hidden files, folders, and drives
- Navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
- Delete username@domain.ost file
- Launch Outlook again
